Hiring – Speech & Language Pathologist

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Senior Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team of healthcare professionals. Candidates must be experienced working with children with ASD.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to diagnose communication and speech disorders, including speech sound disorders, language disorders, stuttering, voice disorders, and more.
• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with senior SLPs to develop personalized treatment plans and goals for clients based on assessment findings and individual needs.
• Therapeutic Interventions: Implement evidence-based therapy techniques to help clients improve their communication and speech skills. Provide support and guidance to clients and their families throughout the therapy process.
• Progress Monitoring: Regularly track and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Client Education: Educate clients and their families on speech and language disorders, therapy strategies, and home exercises to reinforce progress.
• Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists, physical therapists, educators, and psychologists, to provide holistic care for clients.
• Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in the field of speech-language pathology through ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Eligibility for or possession of state licensure and/or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Experience in working with children with ASD and ADHD
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills..
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
