We are hiring: Registered Nurse

The Nurse provides specialized care to children with autism and neurodevelopmental disorders, including participation in dental, sterilization, and therapy rotations. Working closely with ABA, OT, and Speech Therapy departments, the nurse ensures holistic, patient-centered care and supports families throughout the rehabilitation process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care:
  • Collaborate with therapists and healthcare providers to support rehabilitation goals for children with autism and neurodevelopmental disorders.

• Collaboration with ABA, OT, and Speech Therapy:
  • Work with ABA  therapists to help implement behavior management techniques and individualized behavior plans.
  • Support OT in enhancing children’s motor skills and daily functional abilities through specialized activities.
  • Assist Speech therapists in implementing speech and language therapy plans, including working on communication skills and social interaction.

• Dental Care (Rotation):
  • Assist in pediatric dental procedures, including preparation, treatment, and patient comfort.
  • Maintain dental equipment and ensure instruments are sterilized.

• Sterilization and Infection Control (Rotation):
  • Ensure that all clinical equipment is properly sterilized according to infection control protocols.
  • Maintain a sterile and safe environment within the center.

• Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and medication logs.
  • Regularly update care plans based on patient progress and multidisciplinary team input.

• Education & Licensure:
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or a Nursing Diploma.
  • Additional training in autism care, neurodevelopmental disorders, or related fields is a plus.
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
  • CPR and First Aid certification.
